About the event
The annual Latin American Festival brings people together to celebrate Charleston’s vibrant Latin and Caribbean cultures through non-stop merengue, reggaeton, bachata and salsa music; folkloric artwork and crafts; and authentic Latin American and Caribbean staples - from flavorful empanadas to tasty arroz con pollo.

Ages 13 & up: $10 Student ID: $5 Kids 12 & Under: Free Gold Pass Members: Free
Entertainment Schedule 12 – 12:30 p.m.: DJ Luigi 12:30– 1:30 p.m.: Los del Pueblo 1:30 – 1:50 p.m.: Dance performances 2 – 3 p.m.: Wanda Lopez 3 – 3:30 p.m.: DJ Luigi (Salsa contest) 3:30 – 5 p.m.: Kinito Mendez
Festival Details
Food, beverages and souvenirs will be available for purchase on-site.
ID is required to purchase alcohol.
Outside food, alcohol and coolers are prohibited.
Pets are not allowed at this event.
Children's games and educational area presented by Charleston County Public Library.
